Katarina is the Pasta Chef of the Year 2017!!!

We’re delighted to announce that Katarina has won a national competition with her Brisket and wild mushroom ragu papardelle.

She has won her category as well as being the overall winner of the competition!

Theo Randall and judges from the industry said the sauce was perfect! I felt like I am dreaming said Katarina, I kept asking my husband to pinch me! It is a great honour to win such a big award and I feel  very proud!

katarina also won the Cafe Life Awards with the new product of The New York Style Bakery's, the Croll. Katarina had to prepare a delicious filling and her BLT with a Twist tickled the judge's taste buds and she won another national award.

Our STEAK BAR is up and running now celebrating Uptons’ top notch meats and competition-winning food.

Katarina's award-winning New York Style Bagel (2016) with Peruvian chicken and aji sauce is on the menu together with her delicious salads and cakes.
