Hot and Cold Smoking

This class is an insight to smoking world both hot and cold. We will touch on curing/brines.

We will use different types of woods for smoking

This is a hands-on class where you will learn how to prepare:

Hot smoked mackerel fillets

Smoked chicken fillet (The first competition Simon of Uptons of Bassett ever won was his smoked chicken breast as best innovative product in Hampshire)

Pork loin stuffed with parsley
